Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Quite fresh and bright with
sweet malt and honey glazed
dried lemon wheels. Dig deeper
and you’ll find coconut tanning
oil, freshly steeped chamomile tea,
candies necklaces, and a freshly
opened pack of cigarettes (sweet
and fragrant tobacco).

Palate: Great entry with an
almost effervescent mouthfeel
with notes of fresh cracked white
pepper, lemon oil, lemon curd,
clotted cream, and almond
shavings. Subsequent sips reveal
further creaminess and a subtle
floral quality as the drying effect
begins to take hold

Finish: Quite long with notes of
lemon bars, vanilla and coconut
ice cream, and a dusting of bakers
chocolate to boot!
